LITFURRIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to www.litfurries.com (‘LITFURRIES’).

LITFURRIES and team provides services to subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.

1. General Provisions

1.1 All items sold under LITFURRIES are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

1.2 Colour shown may be slightly different from actual products depending on the settings of the computer screen.

1.3 Product photos shown here are for reference only. Size and volume etc. are approximate only.

1.4 Items listed on this shop may have been out of stock but the webpage of this shop may not be updated promptly. We will notify you as soon as possible.

1.5 Any gift card that issued by LITFURRIES are applicable to the order made at www.litfurries.com.

1.6 In case of any issues about order, payment as well as the service / offer provided by LITFURRIES, please contact us via live chat widget.

2. Delivery Service

2.1 For international orders, any net purchase amount of USD 50 or above are entitled to get free* international standard shipping.

* Free international standard shipping will be sent to single address only.

2.2 For Hong Kong orders, local delivery service is only provided to a residential or business address within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories (including Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay) but excluding outlying islands and restricted areas. We may not provide Delivery Service for delivery address where there is no paved passage between the loading point and the delivery address for access by trolley and for delivery of items, as well as any premises not accessible by staircase or located on the 8th floor or above without elevator service.

2.3 Delivery Charge may vary subject to different promotions. Please refer to campaign page for detail if any.

2.4 Your order will be processed in 1 to 5 business days. You will get a tracking number once the order is shipped. All items will be nicely packed to ensure they reach in good conditions.

2.5 Depending on your countries, you may owe duties, taxes, or import fees in additions to our shopping rate, which only cover the transit cost of the products.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Delivery Information

3.1 Orders are processed in USD (United Stated Dollar).We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is required in full before your order is fulfilled.

3.2 We reserve the right to refuse any orders you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limited or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/ or orders that use the same billing and/ or shipping address.

3.3 In the event that we make a change to cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

3.4 You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact your as needed.

4. Order Cancellation, Returns & Exchange

4.1 Because our items are meticulously crafted in-house, we cannot accept returns and exchange for change-of-mind. However, if your companion arrives damaged, please reach out to us!

5.1 We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we are not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current.

5.2 If any product ordered from LITFURRIES that you receive isn’t described as shown on website, please contact us.

6. Dispute Clause

6.1 Any dispute relating to any activity on LITFURRIES or the purchase of any LITFURRIES products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, unless you have in some way threatened or violated LITFURRIES’s intellectual property rights.

LITFURRIES reserves the right of all final decision related all products/ service and any disputes. We may amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice from time to time.

FUR PEARKS Terms & Conditions

General These terms and conditions govern the litfurries "Fur Perks" loyalty program.

By creating an account on www.litfurries.com, you agree to these terms. litfurries reserves the right to change, pause, or terminate the Fur Perks program, or any of its terms, at any time without prior notice.

ELIGIBILTY MEMBERSHIP

Fur Perks is completely free. You must be at least 18 years old and create a valid customer account on www.litfurries.com to participate. No purchase is necessary to create an account, but purchases are required to earn Fur Points.

EARNING FUR POINTS

Members earn one (1) Fur Point for every $1.00 USD spent on qualifying purchases at www.litfurries.com.

Points are calculated based on the post-discount subtotal of your order.
Shipping fees, taxes, and the purchase of gift cards do not earn Fur Points.
Points are awarded automatically to the logged-in account at the time of purchase.
Purchases made as a "Guest" cannot retroactively earn points.
Purchases made outside www.litfurries.com cannot retroactively earn points.

REDEEMING FUR POINTS

Fur Points can be redeemed at checkout for a discount on future orders at a rate of 10 Fur Points = $1.00 USD off. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another account or person.

POINT EXPIRATION

Fur Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. "Inactivity" is defined as no points being earned or redeemed within a 12-month rolling period.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you return a companion or receive a refund for an order, any Fur Points earned from that specific purchase will be deducted from your account balance. If you used Fur Points to purchase an item that is later refunded, the points used will not be returned to your account.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

litfurries reserves the right to terminate any Fur Perks account if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of the rewards system, or a violation of our general store policies.
